Medicaid Resource Limit Increase

The New York State budget reflects a substantial increase in the Medicaid resource limits: from $4,350.00 to $13,050.00 for a single applicant.

That change is currently being implemented, so bear it in mind when submitting a new application, or when determining if a fair hearing should be requested on a denial received subsequent to April 1, 2008.
